Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can send us the designs/logo and barcode sequence if any. After the pallet is shrink-wrapped, we will put your logo and barcodes on the wrapper.
Yes, we can arrange to manufacture products as per your design and shape.
We are delighted to ship you the samples. It takes us 7 - 10 days to prepare the samples. The sample products are free of cost, but you have to pay only the shipping fees. To request samples, please visit our sample request page and fill the form and submit. You can pay us the shipping fees through PayPal or direct bank transfer, whichever is convenient to you. Else you can also nominate DHL/Fedex to pick up samples on your behalf.
Our Products are packed in good quality inner corrugated boxes. After that, they are packed into master corrugated boxes. The gross weight is usually maintained for ease handling. Appropriate precaution is taken at the time of packaging to avoid breakages during shipments. Customized packaging is also provided.
Inspection may be carried out by importers authorized representative or by any international agency like S.G.S./ other reputed agency prior to dispatch, against dispatch clearance issued in favour of us.
We accept payment by Wire Transfer (T.T) or L/C.
There are 3 options: Sea shipping, Air freight and door to door courier (offered by FedEx, UPS etc). Sea shipping usually takes about 5 weeks and is the cheapest. You need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the seaport and bring it to your doorstep
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and the bill will be adjusted accordingly.
We have a transparent system of resolving the dispute to the satisfaction of both the parties. It depends upon the documents, order placed, condition of the goods received and any other conditions depending upon the circumstances.

The shipping time depends upon the country of destination and weather condition. On an average it takes 4-6 weeks after the goods have been loaded for delivery. Kindly understand that the days mentioned are only indicative.

Due to the Covid-19 situation prevailing in the world, we have temporarily changed our return policy. Any sales done will be final and no refund of goods will be accepted. This is being done to protect all our employees and our customers from any additional Covid-19 risk. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a package has left the warehouse, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
